How Can a Pimple On The Lower Buttock Be Treated?

I have this weird almost pimple like thing on my lower right buttcheek for some time now almost a year give or take a few months. Usually it s purple looking and that s about it. about ten minutes ago it started randomly bleeding. Not regular blood but watery blood. what is it and how can I treat/ get rid of it. Thank you

there is no treatment for pimple. get it examined by doctor for diagnosis after which proper treatment can be recomanded. can clean with sulphur soap and apply salysilic acid containing ointment.
